St Michael’s Retail Park, Basingstoke
Building on relationships formed with Tesco this former industrial site was acquired from Tesco Stores Ltd in 2016 by Fintry in a Joint Venture with The Pears Organisation for the development of a 166,000 sqft retail park. The park opened in October 2018 with Wren, Aldi, Tapi Carpets and Oak Furniture Land, amongst the first tenants reporting excellent trading results.
Final lettings are being progressed and terms can be obtained through the joint letting agents of Harvey Spack Field and Morgan Williams.
