Fintry Estates Limited was formed in 2014 by Duncan McEwan BSc, Dip LE, MRICS, who has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial development market throughout the United Kingdom. Prior to setting up FEL Duncan headed the highly successful Retail and Leisure Development arm of Terrace Hill, developing almost 1,000,000 sq ft of retail and leisure property from as far afield as Helston, Cornwall to Galashiels in the Scottish Borders. Previous development experience has included office, industrial and residential developments throughout the North of England and Central Scotland.
In 2017 Duncan was joined by Graham Wilson BSc, MRICS, formally of Vico Properties and Jomast Ltd. Together the team at Fintry offer an unrivalled breadth of knowledge and experience to the property development market in the North East of England.
From its Darlington base, Fintry Estates Ltd will operate throughout the country to develop a broad spectrum of commercial property including offices, retail, leisure and industrial. It also engages in the development of mixed-use projects; partnering key residential developers and investors where appropriate.
